How does our Mastermind – Accelerator work?
We combine the best bits of a Business Mastermind with a Business Accelerator. Once on the programme, a typical month would include the following;
- Every week we have an on-line surgery to cover specific topics that will help to Accelerate your business growth. Accelerators tend to be sessions to help you with Sales, Marketing and Personal Development.
- At least once we month, we will meet for a private 1-2-1 where we will focus specifically on your business and set actions and goals based on your personal strategy and goal.
- Once a month we will meet for a half day group Mastermind session, where we will work as a group on business development. We will focus on different topics every month including; Business Strategy, Diagnostics, Your Customers and Business Growth.
- Every Quarter, we have a group social where we celebrate our success and also run a PitchFest event.
- Members have access to our private Facebook group where you get access to worksheets, templates and training videos to help you grow your business.
Meet Your Mentor
I am known as the “Customer First Enabler” and I help businesses better connect with their customers. This allows them to find more, convert more and importantly, retain more customers.
I am a committee member for the Chamber of Commerce, a CCXP and in 2020 I was appointed to the Forbes Business Council. I have written several #1 best selling books which outline my coaching frameworks.
Be assured, unlike other coaches, my advice is both practical and realistic; as a successful business owner myself of more than 15 years, I also understand the challenges and practicalities of being a business owner.
